For Returns:
We accept returns for non-opened products, providing a full refund on the retail price only. Please note that products showing signs of customer usage will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and send the items back to our shop at your own cost.
For Refunds:
Contact customer support Click Here for a refund request, providing details like Order #, Name, Address, Phone Number, and reasons for the return with photos. Refund or replacement will be issued upon the physical return and processing of the shipment at our shop.
For international orders, if there are delays or issues, customers should liaise with their country's customs authorities. Order refunds for international orders are not applicable.
No refund will be applied for orders returned due to the customer refusing to receive the shipment from the courier.
Warranty Coverage:
Our 14-day warranty starts from the day items are delivered. The customer covers shipping costs for returning items to Vape For Less, and we cover the costs of shipping the item back after inspecting for faults covered by our warranty policy.
